Property was near all of the attractions. Checking in and out was so easy. Unit we stayed in was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My son is ready to take another trip and stay again.

We traveled from Ohio for a race. We had our truck and race trailer. I couldn’t find any place that would let us park our trailer. Sunrise Ridge had a huge extra parking area for our trailer!!! The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!! The townhome we stayed in was beautiful and right by the parking lot where we parked our trailer! We always travel to Pigeon Forge and this was our first time staying here. Our experience was the absolute best we have ever had and we definitely won’t stay anywhere else but Sunrise Ridge!!!

Comfortable and ample.Nice bedding. Could have a little more decor to it. Walls were plain.

We loved the location. We were able to get to where we needed to go without dealing with all the traffic associated with the area . Our room was clean and updated. We had everything we needed in our room. We weren’t able to light our fireplace. Someone from maintenance was sent right away to our room. It was only a pilot light issue and was taken care of in a matter of minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was very nice we went for our 10th year wedding anniversary celebration. I think they could have updated the flooring that is it the rest was very beautiful
