Not choose it again
Posted 30 Jun 2024 on Hotelsit was just ok .. very outdated bad carpet needed cleaning .. ice maker didn’t work had plenty of towels for all 5 of us .. Pool
was so bad we didn’t go swimming and hot tub was out of order .. wouldn’t choose this one again

Posted 17 Jun 2024 on HotelsWas a nice stay. The townhouse was a little dated. The stove could be replaced because not all the eyes worked and the handle on the door was torn up. Other than that it was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and comfy

The place was very spacious. Loved that it had 2 1/2 bathrooms! The location was great! It was clean!

Property good location, right beside Dollywood, which was not a problem however train blew about every hr, you could hear clicking of roller coaster.
Great location from almost everything in PF.
Accommodations too small for 7, yes there is a place for everyone to sleep, but not conveniently, 2 pullouts in LV, only 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, you get 1 parking spot allotted to you then where you park other vehicles is quiet a distance. Space was dated, needs repairs in several areas, doors doesn’t close, all don’t lock, those that lock you have to “ shimmy, lift up, beg and pray” they will lock, we had wrong code to enter the entire stay, got no assistance with this however a worker gained us entrance and we continued to use this code our 3 day stay.
Area was clean upon arrival, however we did see 1 roach in kitchen.
Biggest complaint was for 4 day stay total, for 7 adults, we were left for entire stay 7 towels, 5 washcloths.. ENTIRE STAY. So had to go out and purchase washcloths. We paid >$1300 for 3 1/2 days which we wasn’t complaining about except what is stated above
