The breakfast could be improved to offer more selections. What was available was good.

Staff was friendly. Check in/out was simple. Good breakfast selection. Close to everything.

The rooms were very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the hot breakfast the person who was in charge of keeping everything replaced was very slow. We would go to eat breakfast and there were be things empty like the eggs and the choices to eat was always the same microwaved items. But everything else was great.

This was a nice hotel and easy location to get around Pigeon Forge. About a 15 minute drive to Dollywood. Easy parking. Good breakfast and really nice staff. It’s on a busy street so traffic was occasionally bad but not constant.
