The rooms were very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the hot breakfast the person who was in charge of keeping everything replaced was very slow. We would go to eat breakfast and there were be things empty like the eggs and the choices to eat was always the same microwaved items. But everything else was great.

This was a nice hotel and easy location to get around Pigeon Forge. About a 15 minute drive to Dollywood. Easy parking. Good breakfast and really nice staff. It’s on a busy street so traffic was occasionally bad but not constant.

Dalton at the front desk went above & beyond. I checked in on Monday December 9th and was w my elderly mom who is in a wheelchair & on oxygen. Dalton saw this and offered to change rooms since our original room was all the way at end of the hallway from the elevator. He moved us to next door from the elevator & made our stay so much easier. Great customer service and we will be coming back to stay at this location! GREAT JOB, Dalton, your rock!!

As chosen above the place was great, awesome staff, good accomodations and a decent simple breakfast with options was offered. What I didn't like was there was no place to do workout like a room with gym equipment. However, I was only spending one night and it was very comfortable and quiet. I would recommend to anyone to stay at Pigeon Forge Inn

It sat right on the Pigeon Forge River with a nice view. But the parking lot for the hotel was very small and hard to park or find a place to park.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river, It was a great view. Breakfast was very good every day. We will stay there next time we go to Pigeon Forge.

The property is clean and safe. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. What you get for the price paid is a terrific bargain. We would stay at this property again.
