It's difficult to understand why we would receive a 1 of 5 Review since you didn't actually stay at Willow Brook. According to our records, your card declined and when we attempted to reach out to you at the number of file the person answering denied knowing the party.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in the shower. Bathroom was a little tight but clean. Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy.

Very clean and convenient. The only thing that needs an update are the mattresses. Our mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
