Lovely area with plenty of things to do. Very cool property - great views from balcony. The restaurant was amazing. The staff (Lewis) was so helpful in getting us a reservation. Try the banoffee pie! Would definitely go back

From my first interaction, everything about my experience with this hotel was top notch. Everything was communicated well, the staff were helpful, the room was lovely. I cannot wait to come back to Paris and stay at the Grand Pigalle.

Hotel was really good. Clean overall and close to everything we planned to go to. Only thing is we felt scammed by the front desk when we booked for a taxi. We were told it was gonna be a flat rate of 60 euros to the airport and we thought it was the regular/licensed taxis. Just for us to get a notification the next morning that we are getting charged 70 euros because its a private taxi. At the end of the ride we were charged 80 euros overall and we were shocked and confused with the pricing. Turns out a percentage of that total goes to the hotel as they commission out of it. Completely absurd that we were given a false price and not given a heads up for hidden fees by the front desk.

All staff members were engaging and polite. The rooms are small compared to hotel rooms in global chains, but they are well appointed and very quaint. The neighborhood is groovy and has plenty of options for food, baked goods and gelato. Highly recommended!
