Lovely stay
Posted 4 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe hotel was well located with underground parking. Extremely clean hotel with newly renovated bathroom with very friendly staff.
I was given a free upgrade. A délions large breakfast buffet was also included. I would definitely return.

Posted 28 Aug 2023 on Hotelsno problem, it is a true 4 star. Room is well designed and flawless, restaurant is great, especially the breakfast service and choice, underground parking is convenient. Staff is helpful...
It is easy to recommend this place.
now, if you are visiting from overseas (like USA), the only small negative point is the lack of driveway for the checkin process, it is very hard to park in the street on your arrival and get the key to get into the garage... that is the very only challenge of this place (checking)

Avevo sbagliato data nella prenotazione di un mese esatto, ho chiamato il giorno dopo appena mi sono accorta dell’errore ma essendo prepagata non mi hanno fatto il cambio
Peccato
Così poca elasticità verso il cliente a fronte di un palese errore di digitazione fa perdere non solo il cliente ma anche clienti futuri ai quali non consiglierei l’hotel. Comunque mea culpa non aver controllato bene la data ed aver prepagato

Gentile Sig.ra Marinella, Ci dispiace ricevere una recensione da 1, visto che lei non ha soggiornato nella nostra struttura.Purtroppo, quando si utilizzano i portali online e si acquistano prenotazioni "Non rimborsabili", soprattutto in alta stagione, la gestione delle cancellazioni non è così semplice e scontata.Ci dispiace che non sia rimasta soddisfatta, ma non potevamo fare altrimenti.Speriamo di poterla accogliere in un'altra occasione per farle cambiare idea.Cordiali saluti.
