The main door closes at night and you have to use a side green door. It is just shy of impossible to open and close. The shower has no curtain, towels only every six days, no place for soap and or bottles of shampoo. Bring toilet paper, kitchen paper and garbage bags for kitchen and bathroom (if you ask they will provide). Sunday is practically dead in Punda (cemetery). Great location. Parking can be found, just don’t park at areas marked NP (no parking). One Wednesday and leave Sunday morning. I loved location and drive all over the island. Safe, quiet (minus Thursday night). Bring sun screen and utilise the balcony for it has a nicer view that the road. Coral Coco is great. They also have a multitude of properties. Stay 3 night at Handleskade Suites and then use other properties on the island that they offer. I would have stayed West and or East of Handleskade.

The shower is designed with glass panels to prevent water from spreading throughout the bathroom, ensuring a cleaner space.We schedule housekeeping to stop by every 5-6 days to exchange towels, and each apartment is equipped with a washer for guests who wish to wash towels themselves. The location was good close to eatery accessible to shop, property was clean. Would definite recommend this property. The only negative is after hour the side door is hard to open and no close parking.

I’m quite happy with my stay at Handelskade City. Easy to communicate with the staff from Handelskade, quick response time. I would recommend Handelskade City Suites!

The side door access is hard to get opened. You need to kick the bottom of the door when it does it to open it. The bathroom sometimes has a smell of sewage. Other than that, everything else is good.

Property was nice but beds only came with 1 sheet, owners charge if you go over a certain amount of KWH for electricity. Icemaker was broken and entry doors were broken so there were some safety concerns. Lots of noise from the shops and restaurant below that played music until midnight or later on the weekends. Could not control AC in the bedroom. Informed owners of all these issues and they sent us 1 uncleaned duvet, never addressing the remaining issues.

The property was clean and instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The 3 bed and 3 bath is actually a 2.5 bath which I wish was made clear. The location of the apartment is great and is located in one of the picturesque buildings when you search Punda. The 3 bed 3 bath is in the front of the building which has a balcony with views of the Emma Bridge.

Great apartment! Great location!

Loved this apartment! It was inviting and convenient. There is an elevator (although the description says no elevator). The location was amazing and we had no trouble finding convenient parking. Only issue was the shower drain — that needs some work. We will stay there again.
