I loved the stay, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Sometimes you run into people that seem busy and not willing to help, unfortunately. I was little surprised with some fees that came up later ,when about to check out, so the trip was more expensive than originally planned. That should be mentioned before hand.

Beautiful surroundings. The hotel is so updated with some new rooms which are quite nice.

It was not the first time I have been at the Esplanade I am very happy about most thing except for the food which I found of very poor standard especially for vegetarian
