There was an error and my room wasn't cleaned, but they took care of me very quickly and very apologeticly.

The reservation was messed up by Expedia but the staff fixed it so I could stay for the two nights I wanted.

Street noise was pretty annoying. New windows would help.

Highway noise was terrible. Hotel needs to upgrade their towels. They were thin and not soft.

Our room when we got there after having checked in at 630 in the evening had the beds AND bed frames on their side up against the wall. When we went back tk the front desk they said it would be a half hour to assemble the beds and they didnt have any other rooms except a suite. The guy at the front was very nice about it but his superior wouldnt give us the suite unless we paid extra. I wasnt going to leave a review, except once i got home i realized i have several bed bug bites! Im not sure if they were trying to get rid of the bed bugs and thats why the beds were dissambled, but between this and the fact the rooms werent even that clean (though there was a really strong chemical scent in the room), i feel like i should warn people to wash anything you brought in to the rooms before bringing into your house.
