"The apartment is in the very centre of Riga Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops around. It’s nice, modern and clean. Would be nice to have some curtains, as the current ones do not protect from any light. It’s also very noisy pretty much all the time, so one definitely needs good earplugs. We also were surprised that they apply fines if dirty cups or dishes are left."

If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. "This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! The beds were extremely comfortable - nice and firm mattresses and everything was very clean. The owner was very friendly and happy to help with details. There is a very clear video showing you how to find the door to the place, and the area is very quiet. When we stayed there was some construction in the next lot...
