"Overall, very nice hotel. BUT, I HAD A TRULY TERRIBLE STEAK AT DINNER. MY WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER. IT WAS MOSTLY GRISTLE. I COULD NOT EVEN CHEW IT. I TOLD THE WAITRESS - NO RESPONSE. AT THE VERY LEAST SHOULD HAVE OFFERED A REFUND."
