For Breakfast we were given coupons to go the a local coffee shop for coffee and croissant. the only drawback was the check-in. We were not contacted by the property in regard to check-in procedure, we only add a local telephone number for which we could not call with our cell. we could only communicate on WhatsApp or email. "Received code to access the building from owner/manager via what's app. On arrival, entered main door and no lighting whatsoever. The entrance had a horrible smell and musty sense. Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. We booked somewhere else at a much cleaner hotel"

"This property was difficult to find, as it is tucked into the corner of a piazza. The inside architecture is interesting - do not choose the "In Aereo" room if you are taller than 5'4", as you risk hitting your head on steel support beams in the ceiling. Communication with the host was difficult as well - one of the streets we were supposed to take in order to access parking was closed, and he was not able to assist with finding an alternate route or directing us to other free parking.
