"Overall we had a good stay at Centrooms. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. Once inside though, the apartment was bright, airy and clean with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The baby cot was set up...

"It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance. "

"Parking was listed as included but in reality you were forced to find city parking. difficult. Refused to provide a receipt for the stay."

"SO easy to communicate with and very kind people! The amenities were impressive, especially for the price and even a spider snuck into my bed because I think he likes the property, too :). "Property manager was nice and always available for any question I have. It was a very quiet and comfortable property with clean sheets, and the shower is wonderful. When I needed help all I had to do was send a message and the manager answer me immediately. Thank you for the relaxing experience. I appreciate everything you did for me and needed the rest. "

"Still under remodeling. Any time during the day you can clearly hear drills and some other construction equipment. So if you are checking in at 1400 hours after a long trip, forget about falling asleep. Room is a-ok. The couch has very questionable cleanliness and is old. So is the carpet. There is no thermostat. It just start running heater as soon as you come in. Bathroom was decent. Breakfast menu is not bad at all and you have some choices. But you have ti pay for it. Not included...

"Great location. Clean. They need to be more family and business women traveler friendly. The bar area that also doubles up as front lounge reception area/is toxic with a men only vibe. In the evening it becomes tough to pass by there-rough boozed up and exclusive to certain crowd."

"There is a big difference, in many ways, between the rooms with two small beds and the ones with one larger bed. Pay the extra $5, it's completely worth it. Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. walk to the Metro. The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful."
