Rented a room for my son and I. Great location. A short 10min drive to the GO train station, a handful of restaurants in area. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable (although personally I prefer firmer). Breakfast is included but neither my son or I liked it. They served warm scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, potatoes, waffles, toast, cereal, apple & orange juices and coffee. The waffles were ok but we didnt care for the rest and didn’t have breakfast there the next morning. Also, I wanted to take a bath after a long day of walking in downtown Toronto but there was no plug for the bath drain. I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk upon checkout and she said for future reference, I need to ask the front desk for one. That seems odd. Overall though, it was comfortable and staff were very friendly.

Regarding the plug, it was our error not to have one in the room, Donna suggested calling the desk in future if you have any concerns simply so your stay would be comfortable and you had everything you needed.
