Excellent breakfast & thoughtful welcome treats.
Would have liked the towels to be changed as it was difficult to dry them properly.

Hi David, All you needed to do was ask. Most people ask if they want fresh towels. It is not assumed as we are doing are bit to save the environment and the cost of refreshing everybody's towels every day would be prohibitive. As far as parking is concerned there are 3 spaces but we have 4 rooms. The property has been here since 1820 and given the location it is not possible to change that.Best wishes

Very Good location, owner Pascal, helpful and pleasant. Breakfasts very good. Plenty of places of interest close by, including steam railway. All in All, a very good place to stay.

Terrific place to stay and explore North Yorkshire. Host Pascal really helpful and baked a great sourdough loaf along with a super breakfast. Lots of nice touches with canape and glass of fizz on arrival. Would recommend highly!

Cawthorne House is an excellent bed and breakfast. Attention to detail in the bedrooms is exceptional. There were multiple choices for breakfast and whatever we chose, during our stay, was delicious. Pascal, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is special. Thank you Pascal.

Great breakfast wonderful sourdough which he bakes every day .
Good parking . Everywhere quite close to Scarborough etc
