"The desk staff was very helpful and let us shorten our stay a night due to a change of plans despite our having to deal with Expedia. Our suite on the 3rd floor was very clean, quaint and comfortable as is the rest of the hotel, and it was great having a smart tv to watch Netflix at night. I would give it 5 stars but my wife was disturbed by trains at night which could be heard, I slept through the noise and we were offered a different room when she mentioned it at the desk, which we declined,...

"What a beautiful stay in Abruzzo at Villa Sant’Angelo! Truly a gem in the region. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a larger family trip. The property is stunning and the team makes you feel at home. With beautiful views of both the sea and the countryside, you will have a true view into Abruzzo. The staff is also wonderful- so accommodating to any needs we had during our stay. Wonderful breakfast included as well as stunning pool to enjoy during the warmer months!"

"The owners of the property provided directly a very nice service attention. The facility very cleaned and good condition of the areas. Good climate conditions of the room. "The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. But, everything is kept clean and tidy.marble stairs, high ceilings. Large rooms, wide balconies. Decent mattresses, refrigerator. "

"Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. We found the housekeeper who was able to upload the passports and get us into our rooms. It was frustrating but worth it. 2. The hot water tank is small, only enough for one person to shower. "
