"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"Overall is a nice stay with few points that are lacking that affects the comfort of staying there. 1. Heating is turned off around 11pm thus you will feel cold if you are not asleep by then. 2. Hotwater not consistent, the water might turn cold for a moment when you are showering. 3. Parking is in public carpark outside the compound thus you will need to walk in the cold to the house although there are ample space to park in the compound. "The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."
