we were expecting a double bed with 4 twin beds; instead we found a queen bed, a full up twin bed and a couch/sofa bed. no paper towels. bath towels, shampoo, hair conditioner & bath soap not enough for 6 adults. inconvenient if not arriving early since we were asked to send copy of our passports via online or WhatsApp

Good evening Lydiathe equipment and preparation of the house includes, terry face towels, terry towels, shower mat for the people present in the room.The courtesy line consists of shower gel, soap, body cream and toilet paper. What did you want to have in a structure that is not a 5-star hotel?self check in , now is normal.best regards

The road to access the property is extremely narrow to the point you will need to stop to let oncoming vehicles pass or risk a collision. It is typical for the area. Parking is not on the premises. You need to park in a lot a 150-200 metres away. It’s a steep walk and at night very dark. Shower stall is barely 24”x24” which is typical for the area however makes it difficult for taller adults.

Good eveningevery evaluation must be respected and accepted, but reading a negative review for something that is not related to the accommodation booked to date I had never seen.The property is well described by location on the websites and on Google maps.If you don't know how to choose, and moreover you don't know how to drive, why choose a location outside the city center?I owed it to you for fairness towards those who read usregards

Relaxing stay in the countryside
Posted 28 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe location was clean and the air conditioning was a blessing. We enjoyed the view and the pool across the street. The shower did not drain properly and the toilet was dripping the whole stay. Some small maintenance like this would make the property better.

I was prompted to pay the council taxes on arrival even before taking a shower. The electric burners didn't work at all and when asked to fix it, it was done just one of them. When I asked for the washing machine, I was required to pay extra money for it. The public transport to move around is very confusing as is managed for different companies. The location is very inconvenient, since it is very hilly and exhausting to get to the closest restaurant and grocery shop. The grocery shop usually open at 6.00 pm every day, but some days even doesn't open.

Good evening DanielI am sorry to read your review, as it denotes incorrect behavior.When you enter someone else’s house you accept the contractual rules of booking. In Italy we managers are tax collectors on behalf of our municipality for the collection of tourist tax. Having you booked through a website that loses the only payment of the accommodation deducted his commission, it is my duty to ask upon arrival the payment. As far as the induction kitchen is concerned, it works regularly and my maid has been to you to explain how.The laundry service is not part of the services you purchased. therefore ask for it to be paid and 'more' than legitimate.The location outside the urban center of the structure is well described on the web portals. So you knew that if you don’t get there by car, living out of the center, you’ll have to take public transport.Public transport that is easily found by the guests atria had.I wish you the prosisma reservation that will make you read well descriptions of what you buy.Just to know who reads us!best regardsAntonino

Noisy. Dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG! The balcony of the unit above is directly over our bedroom and chairs moving creates an awful loud noise that kept us awake all into the night. The owner made us pay him an extra 24€ cash for some city tax, which was not advertised on the Expedia page (not sure if it’s legit or not but we paid him to avoid confrontation on our vacation). Not enough coffee pods. Place was remote and a big hike up the hill.

Good evening Cristopher, I'm sorry for the noise caused by the other guests from the upper terrace and I apologize for them.All the other things mentioned as negativity are your evaluation for an incorrectly chosen place. Our structure is well represented on your booking site, we are in the hills, outside the city centre, where you can quickly reach both the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts. It's normal to find dogs, too bad you're not telling me about the rooster, normally at dawn he starts crowing! There are pros and cons when booking outside the city centre.The municipal tourist tax is an amount paid not for the structure but for the municipality, an amount well indicated on all web portals and which you could also pay by credit card.I wish you good luck !
