"Great price for last minute. Well located. The lady at the front counter initially must get some manners. Agitatedly accusing/greating me with being late after arriving at 20:30 although expedia shows check in until 2200. But the other staff was great!"

"The caravan was cosy but functional, especially with the eating area outside. The air conditioning was really appreciated for sleeping, and the windows had mosquito nets on. We took our own mosquito net and used it outside, around the table, to avoid being bitten in the evenings. Camp site services were excellent - shop, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and bike rental."

"Stayed July 2017, overralll good. Focusing on negative aspects, can bè noisy with music if your apartment is cose to the pool/entrateinment area. Jacuzzi did not work."

"We had a wonderful stay at Gitavillage. There are big play ground for kids. The facility is very big. Best is the private beach with free umbrellas. The beach is quite big and sandy. Was very quite. Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here if we come back to this area. "

"i was travelling with my parents, my sister and her two kids. The flat was more spacious than we expected. In addition to the kitchen area, there was a second dining area in the the large balcony. We found the apartment finishes a little bit outdated. The TV, the sliding door to the balcony and the kitchen sink were not working properly so we pointed that out to the receptionist who called a mantainance team to fix the issues promptly the first day. "Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"

"The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help. A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options. They have large elevators, underground parking, and many other amenities that a modern hotel should have. Finally, I noticed that a number of the teams that often place in the middle/lower tier teams of the Italy professional league have chosen/choose to stay in this hotel, so I’m certain it’s been vetted extensively. I know where I will go next time I’m in Grosetto."
