This property had no food , no services and the shower drained opposite from the drain. Do not go there after 7 pm . They stopped food services and were not fully staffed. Expedia has this property far over rated.

This hotel was AWESOME! The service was great and the food was delicious. I highly, highly recommend a stay here as the employees are very welcoming and do their best to meet your needs. The rooms are upscale and it truly felt like I was staying at a place that cost more money. The pool was also a very nice temperature and we were only here one night but would have gladly stayed more if we were doing more in the area.

Great place to stay for a night. The restaurant at the hotel serves very good health food options.

Room was dirty and damaged, pool was dirty, we only used for overnight stay so was cheap and cheerful, I would not like to spend a holiday at this location

Close to airport. There’s nothing around the hotel so if you’re looking for a variety of food and the ability to walk around you may as well stay in surat Thani town. They do have breakfast you can buy, a cafe, and a restaurant there though. The pad Thai is very good. It was a nice pass the time hotel being able to buy beers and swim in the pool. Staff was lovely.
