Oh my goodness, the staff was wonderful! They helped us out in a time of need! The rooms were clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the location, easily walked to Old Town Phuket. Will be back!

The staff was really helpful when we had to get a Taxi to take us to Big Buddha and then use the same taxi to take us to a different hotel located in Kamala Beach.

Clean and recently updated property. Staff took very good care of me. Glass of water and juice on arrival and gave me gifts of fruit and desserts they had made. Really friendly to deal with and made it very easy for me to book an extra night

Brand new, modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Breakfast pretty basic but okay- good location close to the old town.
Reception desk very helpful- easy to get public bus to beaches ie Karon or Patong!
Special mention to the main man on reception (didn’t catch his name) but he was so helpful!

Arbern Hostel feels safe, inviting, welcoming - especially important to single female travellers, and the surrounding environment feels friendly and safe too.
Great location to expplore Old Town Phuket and surrounding places.
