The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful but this building had a really bad roach and ant issue. Arriving we were greeted with a plate of fruit in our room when i moved the menu next to it a roach ran out. after qe removed the plastic later that day small roaches started coming out onto the table. There was also mold in the shower and our room balcony faced a shack they was not appealing to the eye where different men would come and go throughout the day. The walls were extremely thin you could hear everything from the room next door and upstairs, we couldn't laugh without our neighbors hearing us.

Generally good condition and location in Patong, very near beach, many food and massage, many tuktuk taxi available, swimming pool is small but little people so ok, breakfast restaurant is not central, far from lobby. Spa is higher priced as compared to streets. Street food many seafood, price ok. Some can be more expensive. Not all is cheaper. Overall is nice getaway place, have to go island trips for swimming and snorkeling,worth the price.

Will and would go again

I did like the hotel. Did not use any of the services they have(spa, restaurants etc) so cannot tell how good or bad they are but the hotel itself was a Pleasant surprise, will definately go again. Lots of restaurants nearby and notorious Soi Bangla about 10 minute walk. Can recommend 👍

Hotel is near to Patong Beach, has a 7-11 next door and is about 20 minute walk to Jung Ceylon. The hotel surprised us with beautiful decorations and a huge fruit plate in our room for our wedding anniversary trip. Wifi is also very good. The only setback is that the free shuttle is limited to 5 scheduled times. It would be great if they provide it on demand. Another setback is that the shower heater is not consistent. It can suddenly turn very hot or very cold during a shower. Breakfast is also only average compared to Phuket Graceland. Otherwise, love the view! Can see the whole Patong.

Overordnet et godt hotel med venligt personale. Vi havde et værelse med pool access, hvilket var meget lækkert. Udmærket morgenmad og restaurant. Fitnesscentret kunne være bedre udstyret med flere vægte. Alt i alt helt klart pengene vært.

It has changed a lot during the years, now its always full booked by Chinese Stay only if you want a jacuzzi with view other than that find another hotel the old good days are over.

Helt ok hotell. Ikke 4 stjerners! Veldig lytt, hører naboen fjerte. Dårlig bassengområde, lite solsenger. 3 heiser for å komme til rommet eller bassengområdet, dårlig forfatning generelt hotellet. Resepsjon ser ut som et klasserom. Patong generelt er ikke en plass jeg vil anbefale noen å reise, med mindre man ønsker å feste. Lukter kloakk mengang du går ut av resepsjon og ser generelt ut som en bombe har sprengtes i gatene utenfor hotellet.

Apart from mouldy bathrooms the rooms were the only good thing about this hotel. It can take up to 10 minuets to get from your room to the street though the maze of corridors and multiple elevators. My whole family got sick from eating here.

It is vacation time

We booked premier Jacuzzi room meant for 2 adults and 2 kids but after arriving had to pay for kids breakfast. Facility is near beach but not having its own private beach. Means you have to carry all accessories to beach. Staff not so friendly compared to other places like Bali. It is just ok but will not return to this on my next visit. .
