Bonjour nous sommes arrivées à l’hôtel raha Patong, pour commencer l’hôtel n’était vraiment pas comme sur les photos . La secrétaire nous trouve une chambre au 5ème étages mais malheureusement l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. Nous avions dû monter les 5 étages avec nos valises. Par la suite après avoir transpirée, nous avions décidé d’aller à la piscine pour se rafraîchir, et la la piscine degueulasse toute verte. Bon on s’est dit cela n’est pas grave on y y est que pour une nuit. Et la cerise sur le gâteau dans la chambre un rat , un gros rat alors la je peux vous dire que l’on est pas rester une seconde de plus . C’était trop pour nous. Et pour finir donc on descend les 5 étages à pied et la secrétaire elle nous demande même pas la raison de notre départ précipiter , elle nous dit simplement un sorry. On y est rester 10 min pas plus.

J’ai passer un séjour horrible la porte de la chambre elle s’ouvre toute seul les Femmes de ménage elles ont pas passer la serpillère de toute la semaine et les toilettes elles était cassé grosse inondation dans la salle de bain et la piscine très sale.

Nothing was good, except clean room and good girls at front desk. Rest, air-conditioning not working, yellowish water coming from toilet and Sinks and shower, non compromising Owner as came to know after talking to some people around. And even other people who were staying there were unhappy and wanted to live out butvtge thing was that the owner wouldn't pay anyone back so they had to stay the time they gave.

プールからの展望はよかったです

スタッフがあまり対応よくなかった。 フロントであっても基本シカト。挨拶くらいはしてほしかった。掃除を担当してくれている若い男の子のみいつも挨拶をしてくれていた。 部屋は綺麗に掃除されていた。 しかしホームページの写真よりは古い印象の建物。 プールからの展望はとてもよかったです。 しかし水が臭い。循環していないのかな。

체크인할때 우리가 예약한 방을 안주고 다른호텔에서 2일을 잤음.. 카운터에 얘기해서 겨우바꿨음. 호텔이 실수한거임. 아휴.. 얘네실수로 예약 꽉차서 창문도 없는 더 싼방에서 잤네요 억울.. 아이고.. 인수인계도 잘안됨. 가격싸니까 참았음. 대신에 정실론,빠통비치 가까움. 주변에 편의점도 많고여~

The room very dirty, cleanliness very bad, air condition also problem, the linen very dirty and got blood i feel they housekeeping never change the linen when customer check out, the bathroom also very bad condition, overall very terrible room, i booking 3 night but first when i went in to the room, i really feel i need to check out and booking another hotel. I booking the room is include breakfast but the breakfast nedd to eat at another restaurant and the breakfast also terrible. On the 2nd day i really cannot stand, i check out and book another hotel.

the place is kinda clean but stay at your own risk. the wifi connection sucks. the bedsheet seems like its not been washed properly. the towel provided had some i dont know what kinda stain. no toothbrush provided. the minibar is not cold. always lock your door from the inside as the room service will try to open the door if no one answer their knock and even if you are sleeping. the lobby is so hot. i wont return.. definately wont return..

I was disappointed, I dont come here again.

Not so good hotel. The hotel was very untidy. Pool area really small. All voices through the walls. Gym was small and the equipment did not work. Wifi worked ok. Worth the money, cheap.
