Ich habe das Hotel schon öfters gebucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nettes Personal saubere Zimmer gutes Essen 5 Minuten zum Strand. Die Handtücher in den Zimmern könnten mal gegen neue ausgetauscht werden (bessere Putzlappen) vielleicht reicht das ja den Russen die ca 80% der Gäste ausmachen. Handtücher für den Strand bekommt man nur mit Glück. Das war in den letzten Jahren besser. Ob ich das Hotel wieder buche weiß ich noch nicht.

Awful experience. The room is dirty, there are bugs everywhere, water is leaking from the toilet, the lift is not working, the gym has no air conditioning, the staff are rude etc.

Great hotel

Fabulous hotel, very spacious room with hot tub on the balcony. We loved the separate toilet & shower. Clean towels everyday and maid service. Breakfast was included which was a bonus as we paid very little money for a 12 night stay. Only downfall was the rock hard bed, could do with a good thick topper. But in whole fantastic stay, great staff and would recommend to anyone wanting a cheap hotel within minutes walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

3rd and last stay here.

3rd and last stay. Cold shower, bad tv receptiom, raised the issue, weather was to blame, next day weather perfect - same issue. No wifi in room during whole stay, stopped asking about it after realised they weren't going to do anything about it, breakfast no eggs cooked to order anymore. Gone down hill fast since February. Also got 1 days use out of body wash dispenser on wall, no toiletres offered or refilled. After room finally serviced on first morning had to track down housekeeping as they did not leave ANY toilet paper. Did not even replace the empty roll on the toilet paper holder.

A pearl in the middle of Patong

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of night at chrismas and it was really good . When i arrived i was offered a upgrade to a suite. i took the uppgrade and got a room with a jacuzzi. The hotel were also very friendly an helpful in arranging transfer to airport for an ok price.They rent out scooters at a good price. If iam ever in patong i will visit this hotel again

朝食が楽しみだった。カレーが美味しい。卵料理は注文でオムレツでも目玉焼きでも好きなかたさに焼いてくれる。フルーツも補充してくれて、たくさん食べられる。コーヒーがアメリカカンで美味しい。食事が終わった後、通りを眺めながらゆっくり飲んでいた。

Enttäuschend...! :-(((

Wir erhilten beim CheckIn ein Upgrade was sich aber als sehr schlechte Entscheidung herausstellte. Direkt neben dem 2. Gebäude eine Baustelle, sehr viel Lärm. „Wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt.“ Das Personal war Anfangs sehr freundlich aber wurde zum Schluss sauer da wir mehrmals reklamiert haben.“ Würden in dieses Hotel nicht mehr hingehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr mässig gut, leider war das Essen kalt. Kaffee eine Katastrophe. Es gibt sehr viel zu verbessern. Preise für dieses Hotel definitiv zu hoch!!!

Nice close to all facilities including the beach

Very friendly staff atmosphere . The facilities are opened for long for the hotel we have paid it's enough (, the pool .,GYM ) we like the breakfast time period , going at the beach doing the daily walking and jogging shower and breakfast ,fresh fruits General so relaxing very good sea food and others types as well . the shopping , the bargaining , see hard working young and old people the coconut water unbottled but direct from the it's shell, the mangos all fruits just from the tree to the mouth,, The near by beaches like Kata beach,, calm one the cost of staying cheap of course for Australian , tours good, but taking to some shops for visit more bring customers to that shop for some point collection for petrol or commission , it's good for them but takes time and creates unplanned monies spending with temptation . A lot to see beautiful scenery and vegetation . Will go again .

Ótimo hotem, atendimento e localização

Ótima localização, na rua da praia e perto de diversos bares, restaurantes e Bangla Road. Staff super atencioso, a Nitty da recepção me ajudou com o aluguel da moto, transfer para Koh Phi Phi e volta para Phuket, e foi muito simpática e atenciosa. Quarto grande com cama confortável e banheiro limpo. Café da manhã bom, com opções de café da manhã ocidental e comida thai. Ainda tem uma área externa muito legal com uma ótima piscina. Gostaria de poder ter ficado mais dias em Phuket e neste hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Hotel is good and in a good location. Close to good bars and restaurants and close to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. We decided to stay longer in Patong and we were happy to extend our stay in this hotel.
