The hotel facilities were good (air conditioner, hair dryer). There was a shared microwave oven in the corridor. However, at night, I could hear people having s*x, so the sounds from one room could be heard across the entire floor.

Property and facilities are nice definitely wort the price, but the internet connection was terrible.

The staff was GREAT! They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the pictures online had definitely been altered to make them look MUCH better than they were. The beds were hard but it was a good night's sleep.

Great stay, a little out of the old town district but an easy 15 min walk to the cafes, restaurants and shopping. Very nice, clean and quiet retreat.

Cool Residence lives up to its name.
Posted 8 Jan 2024 on HotelsCool Residence lives up to its name. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and well equipped. The only reservation would be location though this was not a problem to us as we hired scooters at the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.
