"Every need was attended to, before we knew we had a need. Beautiful sunset views. Walk to Kata Noi beach in few minutes (steps directly onto beach from hotel property). Short walk to both Kata and Kata Noi. The grounds are lovely, but this hotel can be better enjoyed by people who don’t mind a few stairs and strolls to get to the property’s pools, the beach, or nearby restaurants. "

"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Access to restaurants and bars. Family oriented with happenings for kids. Good pool areas for both kids and grownups with a small waterpark/play area in two of the pools and a bar in another. Watertoys to use for the kids. Good food and drinks. The hill to and from the hotel isn’t too bad. It’s quite short and looks worse than it is. You can use the hotels buses to and from the Kata beach for free. I think they leave every twenty minutes. We would stay here...

"I liked the private jacuzzi I had, 2 things I did not like 1-not hot water on the jacuzzi but the water temperature was ok, 2- is a little far from beach. If you are planning tours with hotel pick-up this hotel may be a good choice, staff is great and premises were very clean during my stay."
