Reception was very rude to start. They have a bad attitude and are very transaction oriented. The room was full of insects and ants wherever you go. Though I can’t take away that they have a nice sunrise view. Would recommend booking earlier at a better hotel along the strip. Those are 2 nights and money I’m never getting back. Very poor service overall.

The view from room was amazing, room was cleaned and had the amenities I needed. Staff did seemed a bit overwhelmed when checking in customers room. We did have to wait until the rooms were ready but overall staying there was amazing!

It’s great view, close to the beach, convenient to anything, I would like to say thank you to staff security front gate Start name with ph fuelgraya … also driver staff members boys team also hosting team on breakfast area. There was few things needed to be improved, Must the time reception not responding to the call or delaying to answer as short staff members.

Good location and views

The staff were very friendly. Check in/out was simple enough. The location is excellent. There are a few pools. It pretty much has everything you could need. We had the honeymoon room. It was our actual honeymoon but no real fuss was made for us. The rooms are slightly dated. Overall it was an interesting excellent stay. The only negative was our room was quite far from the actual lobby but that is at the cost of some excellent views. The hotel do provide transport from your room so you can use this if needed. I’m still easy to book tours and taxis from the lobby

There is a lot of construction on the property. Lots of noise, dirt, exposed construction areas and debris. I do not recommend staying here for now. Maybe next year when all upgrades are done this will be a nice place. For now I would recommend staying somewhere else. Even if you complain the staff won’t help you much. They do have a nice breakfast and upper pool area. If you are staying in the area above the big upper pool you will be ok. Anywhere lower than the upper pool save yourself a big disappointment. Lots of other properties to stay at around here.

We booked a deluxe sea view and it was great, spacious and right next to the pool. We had issues with the internet dropping out which required an engineer to reset. Could not fill the kettle in the sink due to odd shaped tap, had to use the bath tap. The toilet rocked and the shower head was black. I did make a review comment on arrival giving our room number and the following day the house keeping manager came to our room and had these issues fixed. The second page of the welcome pack has a full page of amenities and damages charges listing practically everything in your room. Be aware there is a strict check in time of 1400, and check out 12 midday, signs clearly stating a full additional days charge will be applied if late. Its not a very welcoming experience. Its all a bit OTT. Great panoramic view from the breakfast area, but don't leave food unattended if you eat outside, the birds will eat it. Plenty of variety of food to eat. A lovely lady on the egg counter making to order, but no poached egg which is my holiday go to. Some day the lady at the breakfast reception asked if we wanted our room serviced, seemed odd as I expect my room serviced every day on holiday. Things to be aware of, the hotel is set on a hill side and its a long trek to the top if walking. There are transfer buggies, but you may have to wait. Some of the rooms will have no view at all from the balcony, just a brick wall. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but they could do better.

Room needed maintenance and overall cleanliness was poor. I found a roach in the restroom and there were ants throughout the room. Housekeeping did not do a good job, and the customer service was below average—especially from the night shift front desk staff. Additionally, the hotel requires a 2000 THB deposit but does not accept credit cards for it. Guests are forced to withdraw cash from the ATM, which charges a 5% fee.

They charged 1,200 baht just for a guest visit, which is unreasonably high. It feels like they’re taking advantage of their guests. On top of that, the gaming zone was closed, and even the gym wasn’t available during my stay. Most of the facilities I booked the hotel for were not accessible, which was really disappointing.

Resort is lovely, staff were very attentive. Room was a little bit worn, but in a tropical climate, that’s to be expected. Air condition worked amazingly! Food was delicious too and not over the top expensive. Lots of different choices at the buffet breakfast. The resort is on the side of a mountain so does have a lot of stairs, but you can get shuttle from rooms to lobby.

Even issues happened during our stay. But Front Office Manager - Pond assist solve the problem with her professional service. Besides, Front Office - Jimmy and Joy are friendly. Hotel location and views are excellent. But rooms facilities are ageing. Suggest to renew or it waste the location and view.
