It was a wonderful stay in Sheraton Phu quoc long beach resort. Very family friendly place, staff is polite, very clean rooms, amenities are great. Pool and pricate beach area. Definitely will come again

Beautiful resort with a huge swimming pool and other facilities such as gym, table tennis, snooker, free bike rental…. , close to a nice long beach. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. Free airport pick up and drop off.
We booked a 3 bedroom villa at a good room rate, very spacious and comfortable. Free buggy transfer between lobby and villa. The resort is huge, very nice to bike or walk around.
Only cups are available inside the villa. We got 2 extra plates for free. If you need extra plates/bowls and cutlery, you would need to rent from them.
Overall a very enjoyable stay at the Sheraton. Would definitely consider staying here next time if we could book at more or less the same rate.

We loved the resort! Great customer service from front check in point to back end staff. Our kids loved the pool and foods.

Pool and room was great. Staff reasonably helpful, no one speaks very fluent english which makes certain things difficult. Lots of rubbish on the island and in the water. Empty theme park town and far to access food or things for babies like nappies etc.

We stayed here for a week and found the hotel is very well in most areas , staffs are all polite and professional , foods and drink are top quality , we definitely will come back again.
