Outdated 4* resort in Phu Quoc

The building area (lobby, pool area, …) is outdated. Our room with garden view is clean, spacious but outdated. No chair service at the beach. The restaurant for breakfast is very busy and noisy with Korean guests. The food at breakfast is only 2* and is not fresh, not comparable with other 5* resort. Coffee is terrible! In overall we rate the outdated Intercontinental resort in Phu Quoc as 4*- or 3*+, but does not by far deserve 5*. The staff (front desk, room service) is very helpful though.
