From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and hospitality of the staff were remarkable. Although their English isn’t perfect, they communicated effectively, ensuring I understood everything I needed to know. If something wasn’t clear, they patiently clarified it until I was fully informed. The breakfast spread was truly impressive! They offered a wide range of cuisines, including Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese dishes, all of high quality. The fruit selection was fresh and delicious, and I especially enjoyed the fresh coconut served in its shell—such a nice touch! And the Vietnamese iced coffee? Absolutely perfect. My room experience was exceptional as well. They upgraded me from a deluxe room to a premium suite without me even asking, making me feel like a VIP guest which I indeed was. The room was beyond what I expected—beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Overall, Hotel Nikko Saigon is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for top-notch service, incredible food, and a comfortable, luxurious stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended!"
