The hotel is very nice and it is in a beautiful location on the river. It is wonderful to sit in the outdoor dining area around the pool and take in the breeze and river views. Hotel is very clean,rooms are great The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend the hotel

Riva Surya has a beautiful location, and exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. The restaurant is open all day, and has a variety of dishes that are very well prepared. The room was very comfortable. The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, to the pool, as well to the rooms. Periodic maintenance is of course necessary, and it is unfortunate if one encounters it during one’s stay, but on the bright side, I think Riva Surya will be an exceptional place to stay when the work is completed.

More upscale than I expected. Breakfast is excellent. Very nice coffee shop right next door. Close to Khaosan Road and Royal Palace

Posted 1 Aug 2024 on HotelsGreat costumer service. Very quiet and close to everything. My only recommendation will be to have a spa room. I had a Thai Traditional massage which was great but they used the area next to the pool and it was noisy since there were kids at the pool, plus they used the sofas that are not a massage bed. So they definitely need a spa room. Overall great hotel.
