Property location was great. Lobby & pool area well maintained. Staff excellent. Rooms were dated & could use renovations. Breakfast was included & very good.

The pool was the perfect temperature for a dip after a hot and humid day. The bed was super comfy (for us).

This hotel could be great because it has a nice breakfast/restaurant and swimming pool next to the river. Also it has a vintage feel of the golden era of Thai tourism. Unfortunately, it is so badly kept. Our room window did not close well, the air conditioning control was old (but working unlike many reviews say). My wife suspects the beds had bedbugs as we were always waking up itching somewhere.
This could be a great vintage hotel if refurbished a bit, without ruining its character. And also has a lot of affectionate customers coming for ages.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Nice pool and area. The brewery down the river trail is so nice too. Most areas were quite clean - the shower had some dirtier parts, but nothing too alarming. The AC works and the lounge is nice and cool. They let you store your bag for the day when you are waiting on the next transportation. The breakfast was good, not extraordinary. Would recommend
