It's really close to important landmarks, but I would've like it to be more clean and for it to have more bathrooms.

We stayed for 5 nights and we wanted to stay longer, really friendly lady at reception who spoke amazing English who helped use navigate round Bangkok, very clean and tidy very good breakfast.would 100% stay again

Relaxing, quiet stay for solo traveler
Posted 15 Jul 2019 on HotelsThe staff at Baan 89 are so kind, they always greet you and ask you about your plans! I stayed in the female dorm on the first floor. It was right by the street and reception area, so sometimes, it was a little noisy. The bottom bunks have privacy curtains, and there's a small safety box for valuables. There's not a lot of room for luggage (I stored mine underneath the bed). The AC was ice cold, but the wifi was spotty. Bring mosquito spray. There's one bathroom per floor. You can order eggs for breakfast, and laundry is 40baht/kg. The location is in a quiet, residential area that's walking distance to the Grand Palace and Khao Son Road. The airport shuttles for DMK and BKK are nearby, but it's hard to get to the city. I'd recommend this hostel if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in Bangkok.

Clean, quiet, stylish, great price for a private room! Easy walk to Khao San Road and other activities. Great wifi. Friendly service.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived around 3AM and two staff came out to help us locate the hostel, as it is hidden down an alleyway. Our bed was a little hard, but the air conditioning worked well and was much needed for a June visit in Bangkok. For breakfast there is fruit, toast, cereal, and fresh cooked eggs to order. The hostel is conveniently located a short distance from Khaosan Road. After our checkout we were allowed to store our bags for the day, and come back and have afternoon showers before our flight. Thank you Baan 89 Hostel and staff!

Chambre spacieuse. Le petit dej correct. Bon accueil
Ce qui pêche, c est la propreté. En 2 jours rien n a ete nettoyé...tables de petit dej douche toilettes. Poubelles SDB non vidées.
C etait deja sale avant qu on.arrive.

조용하고 직원들 친절함
청소상태는 그저그런 편
일단 공간이 넓어서 좋았고 주변 편의 시설과 유명한곳에 가기 수월하여 편리함 버스 정류소도 가까움
