Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. "Our stay was great! Our only small thing was we didn’t have hand towels in master bathroom…we also didn’t ask as we spent most time with family elsewhere. We took hand towels outa other bathroom (extra bathroom & bedroom not used). It was very nice otherwise. Thank you!!"
