1. Room phone not opperable to discuss loud neighbors with front desk. (No security).
2. Room photos show a stove top in on-line photos. (Day before Thanksgiving we needed this feature).
3. No elevator, I am over 64 this should have been stated as an option somewhere prior to purchase. (Not in "Our section" of the facility).
4. Very noisy till 2am, with no working line to the front desk, or number on which to request security. (Welcome packet had no number, to call if you have an issue with other guests). I'll call 911 from here on out, let the police sort this out with the so called management. Room was clean, bedding above average, management was under staffed and second rate.
