This property is much older and much more poorly maintained than is shown in the photos. Dark parking lot, dingy rooms, and the lobby area was closed so I had to wait outside alone in the parking lot to check in. The location is convenient, but as a young woman travelling alone I did not feel particularly safe or comfortable here and would not stay again.

Roach Motel-DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Posted 11 Oct 2021 on HotelsThis hotel was the most unclean place I have ever stayed. There were dirty towels left in our room from the people before. The walls were super dirty. It was dusty, nothing seemed wiped down or cleaned. The bathroom had bugs in it. The people who worked there were super rude! They didnt have a key for our room so they had to open the room door themselves. The carpet was so dirty and it smelt like cigarettes and mold. This place was literally a roach motel. I suggest no one stays here!!!

There was nothing to like. You had to stand outside and ring a doorbell to get help. After they finally show up you have to talk and do the whole transaction through a tiny window like a mail slot. This was at 2pm in the afternoon. They were not friendly. Room was filthy and smelled. There was no place to get any kind of water, soda or snacks on the property. I don't know if they even had an ice machine on properly as nothing was said about one plus no ice bucket in room which I wouldn't have used anyway due to the filth. It is an old property in the downtown area but that is no excuse for the uncleanliness of the property or the unfriendliness of the staff.

You just have to ask for a refund you don't even have to like a property and we're not asking you for that either if you come back with in 10 minutes we would've been more than happy to give you a full refund back. But now it's too late and I think you should know better it's called Coronavirus is still going on so we're not opening our door, If people don't like to talk to from window then they can go.
