Every time I stay here, which is usually once or twice a month, I have a TERRIBLE experience at the bar. I try not to complain but last night I sat for about 15 mins at the bar until I had to ask for a menu and drink. The bartender said oh sorry my brain is still on vacation. I ordered a drink and a salad with chicken. I took about 20 min to get the plate of lettuce and no chicken. Bartender said sorry the chicken will be right out. 20 mins later the chicken arrived unsliced for a salad which of I can do. Last visit I ordered a martini with no vermouth it had vermouth and the bartender was rude and took forever to replace it.
I also stay at Royal Palms regularly and I am always taken care of in the bar/restaurant. I expect more from a Hilton.

As usual, the grounds, staff and rooms are beautiful, safe and quiet. Although the Bartender (not friendly) made my martini wrong and I didn't drink it.....but other than that it was a great experience once again.

Not much food options, pool is slightly smaller, advertised as two pools, but one pool is just for villas or premium suites!

I wish we stayed longed. It was so pretty. Weather was actually really nice.
Although they double charged our card. So watch your cards

The room, and dining facilities were spartan. The room had no radio or clock, no writing pad or pen. The restaurant relied on a separate little coffee and gift shop. They charged additional parking fee of $35 per day and a large resort fee daily. Not worth your money to go there. I,ve a feeling they're going out of business or trying to sell the property.
