I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Sonder property, and it was an incredibly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how spacious and well-designed the room was. The layout was perfect, with plenty of room to spread out, yet still cozy enough to feel like a home away from home. The bed was especially comfortable, and the high ceilings and large windows added to the airy, open feel.
One of the standout features for me was how quiet it was. Despite being in a vibrant area, the hotel was incredibly peaceful—perfect for a restful night after a long day of sightseeing. The soundproofing between rooms seemed top-notch, and I never once heard noise from the hallways or neighboring rooms, which is always a huge plus.
The overall vibe of the hotel was modern and stylish, with minimalist decor that created a calm, uncluttered environment. It didn’t feel sterile like some chain hotels; instead, it had a welcoming, lived-in quality that made me feel relaxed and at ease.
In addition to the comfort of the room, the hotel’s location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. The self-check-in process was smooth and easy, and I appreciated the flexibility that came with not having to rely on traditional hotel staff.
All in all, my stay at Sonder was a great one. It was quiet, roomy, and nice in all the right ways. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free experience.

Very much enjoyed staying here. We were in town for a conference. The place was very clean and comfortable and getting there was like an escape room, ie, upon arrival, go to locker 8, enter code, get transponder, place on dashboard, park car in designated spot, enter code from garage, enter code in elevator, enter code to room.... My point being you're not getting in if you don't belong there. The apt had a full size fridge and kitchen, along with dishes, silverware and pots and pans and utensils. Also had a washer and dryer, which was great to not have to bring dirty clothes home. It was mostly quiet, except a one night there was some festival nearby, and another night just some loud people, but it wasn't a big deal. The only things I did not like was that the balconies are all open, with no privacy. You can see every balcony on every floor, but we didn't spend much time there, so it wasn't a dealbreaker for sure. The other thing I didn't like was never seeing nor speaking to a representative. However, every time I had a question, real-time chat was instantly available to answer a question. It was ultimately fine; just not used to never seeing a person. I would highly recommend, and would stay here again. I would also consider staying at their other properties in other cities. Thank you so much.

Every time I’m in Phoenix I stay here. It is an apartment building so if something goes down the whole complex feels it. Had a fire alarm and had to walk the 13 flights of stairs just to get back to my room. But still great place to stay

Apartment owners take their pets in front of the building to do there business and it smells awful. Had a hard time accessing the room, code lock wouldn't work after several trys. Very challenging and frustrating.
