Staff was rude. Tried getting a late check out. Because I worked all night. Couldn't find hotel phone number anywhere. And asked when I got there. For a late check out. They gave me 30 minutes. Tried taking a shower. Only for staff to interrupt shower 4 times.

The room was not clean. It was missing items (trash can, working remote control, toilet paper holder). The level of quietness was minimal; I could hear every conversation from the adjacent room .

Only stayed one night on the way to Sedona. Room was great, breakfast was mediocre. Great for a short stay.

Clean rooms, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and professional.
Parking can be a problem but is ok

Was good for the price. Tiny tv, other than that, it was good. Areas a little sketchy, but overall Id probably stay again.
