The hotel is nothing like the photos. Paper plates and plastic cutlery in the very - very - limited dining options. Not many dining options even around the hotel. Very dated inside.

We had a mess up with check in that was solved promptly and professionally by the staff. The previous users of the room we were in never checked out. This was brought to the attention of the staff and within minutes a suitable alternative was found. Professional and prompt service. The room itself was good. The AC turning itself off when nobody was there was annoying as we would come back from a hot day to a hot room but it was powerful and would set the room back to a reasonable temperature within a half hour. I do wonder how bad this experience would be if I wasn't staying there in November and instead at the peak of the summer. The living room also did not have enough light. The lamps were not adequate to properly light the room when more was needed. The lamps were a great option when we wanted ambient light but doing anything with just the lamps on was difficult and an overhead light would be appreciated. The bed was comfy, everything was clean. The room was definitely worn and could use a refresh but everything worked. Location isn't optimal. We grabbed this room on sale and didn't think how much taking cabs would cost from here. There isn't much for food in the area either. I'd choose to be more in the heart of the city and pay a bit more and it would likely even out after transportation costs. The only real complaint I have is the shuttle. It's downright unsafe as several seatbelts were not functioning. The driver was professional and drove well

Front desk unable to answer inquiries such as why was my room not cleaned for 2 days and had to ask for towels and toilet paper …met the cleaner supervisor in the hallway and she told me she doesn’t have staff ….there was no food ,nothing at all as they said they couldn’t get the food from the locked refrigerator trailer and they were touring a hammer to break into the trailer for 4 plus under my windows from 3.30 am ,,,went to front desk about the noise …..they did NOTHING ,not even were very sorry,,,,,,these people managing the hotel show no concern for a customer……sad I guess
