Basic room. Very clean. Front desk lady was very friendly and efficient. The motel is on a very busy street which might be a problem in terms of traffic. It has a pool and a very large parking lot which is well lit.

Ten mins to ASU made it very convenient. Not really much around the motel itself. Once you get into Tempe, it seems more urban.
