Overall, this property met my needs. I was in Phoenix for an event. I needed a place to sleep. If I were to have had to spend more time there, the litter box smell would’ve bothered me more. I’m assuming someone with a cat had stayed there. Not to mention the other cats roaming the property. So if you’re allergic to cats, probably not the place to stay. People were very friendly and everything I needed was within walking distance. I got lucky and got a spot on the street to park. I never moved my car while I was there for fear of not having parking. The suite definitely needs a deep clean and some fresh paint. Vince was great with communication. I truly believe he cares that you have a good stay. Did not use the pool though it looked clean and functional. I’m 50/50 on whether I’d book here again.

Great location, easy to get to.

I could not lock the property because the code pad was dead which is not okay or safe.

The property was unique and secure with an outside door/gate that you need to get through before entering the property. Great black out curtains, for sleeping at night and great A/C to deal with the Phoenix heat. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting. Had an espresso maker and was stocked with coffee pods.

The place excellent. I wanted to stay longer since it’s so nice to be in a very clean upgraded place with everything you needed. Just wish I could check out later. All good.

I was nervous to not stay at a hotel for once but we had a great time. It was the cheapest option that was closest to the footprint center (only $8 for an Uber ) and we were able to walk back after the concert ended without an issue or a bunch of weirdos out. The pool was extremely relaxing, it’s usually pretty empty and extremely clean. If you’re looking to be loud this isn’t the place, it’s definitely relaxed and very comfortable. I loved being able to have a kitchen and a bunch of amenities. Any issues you have with the property or anything else the host were very quick to fix and respond without an issue. Overall extremely accommodating & a great experience.
