The Resort was a bit disappointing for 2 reasons:
1) I was excited to use to jacuzzi one evening, but when I walked up the steps to check it out, the water was quite murky and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Same with the pool.
2) Housekeeping was knocking loudly on all hallway doors repeatedly around 8:45am - two hours before checkout. There is NO reason they should be doing this. It is highly disruptive to guests trying to sleep in a little on a Sunday morning. They would knock multiple times on each door, and I could hear them in the hallway.
Very unprofessional of management to have the housekeepers waking up guests and rushing them into check out.
I will not be staying here again.

Suggest updating your website.
There was room service with a $5 cost and an option to order for pick up for no additional charge.

After reading some of the recent reviews I actually thought of canceling our reservation. I’m glad we didn’t! We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport for our flight home. I wish we had a few more days to spend. Check in was seamless, our room must have been recently renovated, because it seemed fresh and new. The pool area was great with an outdoor bar and there was plenty of seating available. We had breakfast one morning on site which was delicious and the wait staff was super friendly. There is construction going on throughout the hotel, but it never interfered with our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
