It was basic, not a good value.
Posted 12 Jul 2022 on HotelsCheck in was good, hotel room was very basic, and needed some updates, doors scratched up needing repainted, stains on the bedskirt, curtains and lounge chair..stayed 3 nights, did not have housekeeping come in the room but when we went to ask for extra towels were told that they have a towel shortage...swimming area was nice but trees surrounding area were loosing leaves into the pools and hot tub....no continental breakfast, had small items to individually purchase.

They advertise the kids full does not work they advertise breakfast they do not have anything available only coffee the rooms are dirty the air conditioner in the gym does not work the front desk people are very polite

If you saw something about breakfast on the travel website you booked on, please contact and inform them. We have repeatedly sent messages to all online travel sites what the hotel offers. We hope you can give us another chance in the future especially after our full renovation.

Everything was wonderful but the pool area needed more cleaning just due to all the leaves from the trees in the pools, the shower needed attended to in the room the shower head was clogged not have steady stream and hard to get plug pulled for the shower to work
