First time staying at a Hyatt Place where I had to pay parking. Light fixture was falling from the ceiling. Room was noisy as we still heard traffic. Ac worked well. Room was comfortable.

The breakfast staff, Ariana has a really bad attitude. She cleared the table and threw away my cup of water and my plastic bottle (kept it because it was a specific size to fit into my purse). She saw me putting the cup of water and my bottle down on the table and entering the breakfast area and yet when I questioned her, no apology and stated that she needed to wipe down the table. the breakfast scramble egg was of mediocre standard.
Front check in desk was quite nice and friendly. The location of this hotel doesn't justify the $10 parking fee. Although we were not charged this due to the shutdown of water and all the inconvenience caused.
Room service was not good. Did not clean the shower area properly. Did not replenish toilet paper but fortunately we were leaving the next day and substituted with the tissue paper.
