The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Jacob helped me check in early and was overall very friendly. I was exhausted when I arrived, and was treated well. traveling alone and attending a funeral. Jacob's kindness was recognized and appreciated.

Only reason for not receiving excellent rating is the cable package. No instructions on how to use tv or remote. Menu/ guide on tv did not work. Found out from staff basic subscription.
