The staff was great. The room I was assigned for the first night of my stay was right across from the elevator. I didn't think I was a light sleeper but the noise woke me up frequently during the night. In the morning, I spoke with AJ at the front desk and he arranged for me to get a new room. When I got back to the hotel at the end of my work day, Charlie had everything settled and gave me my new room key. They were both friendly and helpful. Neither made me feel like I was being unreasonable or causing them extra work. They were fantastic!
