Room service did not clean my room for the two nights I’ve been there

The pictures don’t look anything like the property. The room was dirty and there was red wine splattered on the wall. The AC didn’t work either. Sheets had stains, floor was dirty, hair in the shower. Enough said. The people that worked the front counter were really nice though.
