We had a great stay here! The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that we were notified the day before that on the last day of our stay the water would be shut off at 11am due to an emergency issue. We made adjustments and were prepared to be done before then. However, the water was shut off shortly after 10am while my son was taking a shower. Thankfully the rest of our family had showered. I know this wasn’t the norm for them but just frustrating that we were informed ahead of time of the issue and then that’s not what happened.

Hi Mandy! Thank you for the 5 star review. We are so sorry again about the water being shut off 30 minutes prior. As you stated we had an emergency and there was no other choice. It was very frustrating for us as well. Please do come back again and see us hopefully there won't be any further water issues.

Some of the staff at check in was not accommodating at all. We asked for late check out and then was told to ask the next day, when we asked the next day we were told it was already to many late check outs. So we had to check out and wait for hours for our flight. Also they wouldn’t let us check in early even after over the phone we were told we could. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we couldn’t be Checked in. So we had to wait 4 and half hours until check in. Ridiculous some of the staff need to communicate better or be retrained.
